How to Order

  1. If you have a list of your savings bonds, just complete the Bond Statement Order Form, attach your list of bonds and mail, fax or email to The Savings Bond Informer, Inc.
  2. If you do not have a list of your savings bonds, use the Bond Record Keeping Sheet to create a list of your bonds.  Then complete the Bond Statement Order Form, attach your list of bonds and mail, fax or email to The Savings Bond Informer, Inc.

Common Questions about Creating a Bond List: Q.  What information do I need to include on the list? A.  Please record the issue date  (month and year in the top right hand corner of the bond), the face value of the bond (printed on the face of the bond), and the series (E, EE, I). Q.  If I bought several bonds on the same date do I need to list each one? A.  No, if you bought ten bonds, all $1,000 face value on the same date then put “10” in the quantity column of the Bond Record Keeping Sheet and list $1,000 for face value.  We will know that means 10 bonds at $1,000 each. Q.  If I have photocopies of my bonds can I send that instead of making a list? A.  Yes. Q.  Do I need to record the serial numbers? A.  No.  If they are already on your list that is ok, but we do not need them to create your Bond Statement.
